Following the same, car makers like Nissan and Skoda has come forward to launch their hot wheels in India. Nissan Sunny and Skoda Laura RS are all set to be launched in India on September 20th in India. Both the cars belong to the same segment that is sedan but they are different altogether due to the luxury features provided to the Skoda Laura RS while the Nissan Sunny is an entry level sedan car.
The Nissan Sunny will be launched in three variants such as Nissan Sunny XE, Nissan Sunny XL and Nissan Sunny XV. All the variants of the car will be added with standard features whether it is rear AC vents or ABS. The Nissan Sunny price in India would be around 7 lakhs.
Skoda Laura RS will be launched on the same day when Nissan touches the Indian shores. Skoda has packed this sedan with most luxurious features that tag this car as premium's choice. Interestingly the car has already been launched in India last month. That time the company had no event and just released the PR. Now the official launching will take place in Delhi on 20th September, 2011. The Skoda Laura RS price in India is Rs 16 Lakh. Skoda Laura RS comes powered by a 1.8 liter, 4 cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine which is assisted by 6 speed manual transmission.
Skoda Laura RS features include front and rear fog lights, Anti-lock braking system, EBD and MBA, dual front airbags along with side airbags at front, traction control system, anti slip regulation, tyre pressure monitoring, etc.
