After the long wait of around a month, the all new Renault Koleos has been launched in India with a great fan-fare. The newly launched Renault Koleos will have to compete with the other SUVs in the segment and the near contenders are Honda CRV and Chevrolet Captiva. The Renault Koleos price in India is Rs 22.99 lakh as expected. The SUV is available in 4X4 variants with 2.0 litre CRDI diesel engine.
The Renault Koleos comes in 2.0 litre diesel engine that is able to deliver 150 PS max power at 4,000 rpm and 320 NM max torque at 2000 rpm. The new car in India comes with 6 speed automatic transmission. The company claims the mileage of 13.7 kmpl that looks quite possible. The new car in India has got all the necessary safety features and solid body that comprise of all disc brakes, 6 airbags, Brake Assist system, Anti lock braking system with EBD, hill start assist, hill descent control and road side assistance.
The car is especially made available for those who love luxury and adventure at the same time and the Renault Koleos gives all at the same time without compromising the quality. The SUV is offered in three vibrant hues including ultra silver, white pearl and black metallic. The French car maker intends to bring 5 new Renault Cars in India by the end of next year.
The top speed of the car is said to be 180 kmph and if you want to check this, you can mark 0-100 kmph in just 12.3 seconds.
