After launching Renault Fluence in India, the French automaker is all set to plunge in the SUV segment of Indian auto mobile sector with Renault Koleos on coming Thursday. This ambitious SUV from the company will be offered with luxurious interior and eye-catching external craftmanship. The Renault Koleos price in India is speculated to be somewhere around Rs 20 lakh. The new SUV will use diesel as fuel.
The upcoming Renault Koleos will have neck to neck fight with the likes of Chevrolet Captiva and Honda CRV in India.
As per reports the Renault SUV will be brought here as CKD unit and assembled in Chennai plant of the company. Now take a look on the silent features of the upcoming SUV from Renault. The SUV will feature 2.0 litre CRDi engine that would easily deliver 150 bhp of max power at 4000 rpm and would return max torque of 320 Nm at 2000 rpm.
Unlike the general view about an SUV, the Renault Koleos will allow five passengers to have seat at a time along with plenty of luggage space at the back side of the seats. Apart from these, the SUV is to come attached with leather upholstery, six speed automatic gearbox, bose audio system, cruise control and 4X4 drive.
